Southern Style
Yes, I know southerners have been mixing cotton in with their bouquets since before the flood. However, I doubt anybody has done it with this much pizzazz--hundreds of blowsy garden roses, lemon leaves and puffs of cotton still on the branch. This bouquet was one of two seen at Richard Keith Langham's party for Angèle Parlange's charming new book Creole Thrift: Premium Southern Living Without Spending a Mint (HarperCollins).
